Our reception light fields are not working!

First of all, hello everyone! well that is everyone that is awake as I gather the local time of the forum is 4am

I wonder if anyone can help with a problem we've got on our Panasonic DBS. I don't really know much about the system, but I gather is may be a 138.

We have a telephone on our reception that has two light fields attached. Yesterday it was unplugged temporarily and now the light fields arent working.

A friend says that we need to key in some kind of code to get them going again... can anyone help?

..also anyone know where I could find a programming reference!!
