I have a program on my TAW and my customer's TD. Try www.mft.com/phonelogger. It only works on Panasonic and Nortel systems and it's free to try and maybe free forever. MFT does not seem to acknowledge or support it, but it's a fun program to use.

Hi,
Can someone help me sort a billing problem. My Mitel SX2000 Light does not send call records to the call logging system. I tried in vain the following;
1. CRC
2. Restarting the PABX
3. Changing the call logging pc
4. Swaping control cards
5. Re-doing the data cable
