Panasonic KXTD1232CE ringback tone

Hi!

Can anybody help me with Panasonic KXTD1232CE ringback for incoming calls problem? I've herd that the newest SW releases could resolve this problem. Is it correct? I'm a Nortel Networks Meridian programmer. We've a Nortel Networks Meridian PBX (Euro ISDN 30B+D external connection) connected with Panasonic KXTD1232CE PBX using Euro ISDN 2B+D connection. There's no ringback tone for calls from Meridian to Panasonic.

Thank you.

Does apply to the D500 also? Is it the same field? I have a customer with a PRI in Columbia that has the same issue, the calling party does not hear the ringing, but the called party hears the phone ring and once he goes off hook, the call processes normaly.

Thanks

Sorry, I do not have a manual, I am actually an enginner for CLEC with an IP switch. One of our customers has the 500 and we our turning up service to him over a new PRI. We are running into the blame game right now, and I know this issue has come up in the past with a different customer and I know it was a config issue in the PBX, but I can't remember.

I will see if I can get access to a manual, but in the meantime...When you say it is not the same, are you referring to the field number being different than 429 or are you telling me the ISDN tone field is not the place to look? Or maybe without the manual we could never know, both the field name and number could be different.

I'm digging up more info right now...

Thanks for your time
