Plan on your wife having various food cravings at odd hours (usually when everything is closed) that have to be fulfilled... an hour after fulfilling her food desires most of it will probably be thrown up.

May or may not happen but plan for it.

You might also get used to being yelled at for no reason along with the food cravings and she will sleep almost constantly for the first trimester. And stretch marks are beautiful!

After you have a baby you body is NEVER the same, unless you have surgery to correct what a baby does to you.

And Congrats! You will never be the same again.

Congrats!!! My only words of advice are to enjoy all the times you can with just the two of you before the little one comes along, there is so little time left afterwards. The one thing nobody ever taught me was the number of Birthday parties I would be required to attend when I had kids, take my advice, when it comes time for the rugrats birthday, go camping or something and don't invite anyone else, that way you won't be obliged to return the favor when it comes time for thier kids party Saw a sighn today that is appropiate here, "A great father is one that has pictures where his money used to be".
