The old Corn Palace!
Yes I have been to this place. It's about an hour west of Sioux Falls. It is a cool place to look at. Every year they change the "corn" and create a different color, pattern, and things like that. You have to get close to see but it is entirely covered with corn, like on the cob corn.

They put a coating on the corn when they are done so the birds dont eat it all.

Only Corn Palace in the world, so we got that going for us...which is nice.

I have to admit, ever since I was a wee one....Mt. Rushmore (to check progress on the "Crazy Horse" carving (that'll NEVER get finished)); and the great Corn Palace were always good stopping places when the family went west on Holiday.

Crazy Horse still not done. Took the family out there 2 years ago and it still looked the same way when I saw it when I was 10, thirty years ago!
