What is up with being an Postal employee that makes them go well "Postal" on people?

This is just a sorter of mail and she decided to shoot 6 people? Do they work long hours, get treated cruelly, under paid over worked??? Hey don't we all fit that description?

I mean what really is happening here?

More than 50 people were working at the 24-hour sorting office at the time of the shooting. All the victims were believed to be postal workers.

Police responding to reports of shots found two people dead outside the sorting office.

Inside the building, they found another two injured women, one of whom later died in hospital. The other is in a critical condition with a gunshot wound to the head.

Three more victims and the body of the attacker were found in a subsequent search of the building.

The name of the attacker has not been disclosed, but she is said to have worked at the plant in the past.

US Postmaster General John E. Potter in a statement spoke of "complete shock" at the shooting and said that counselling would be offered to families and employees.

"Our heartfelt prayers and condolences go out to the families of the victims and to our employees who have suffered through this tragic incident," he said.

thinking of that, we had a package sent to us from Sweden (by mail) in mid December. It has yet to make an appearance

Historicaly things take about 2 weeks to get here....

Lower than in my opinion.

They have laws about stealing mail from your mail box but they don't seem to count between the time you post it and the time it arrives.

Answer - they open it ------- & are too stupid to check its a toy (or just want to mess up boys christmas).

Im actually still waiting on 2 presents that never arrived for him (at least the toy thief was kind enough to let the empty envolope reach us lol)
