Location: 254.45 miles from Tiverton, Devon (ENGLAND) Rep Power: 9 ![]() | Here's a new twist A woman has been arrested in Japan for sneaking into a man's house and living in his closet without him knowing. Police found 58-year-old Tatsuko Horikawa living in a small storage space in the house in the southern city of Fukuoka. The house belonged to a 57-year-old man, who had become suspicious after food disappeared from his fridge. So he installed a surveillance system, which filmed the woman as she walked around in his absence. On Wednesday afternoon police searched the house and found the woman in her cubby hole. She had brought a mattress into the tiny space in the closet, police said. "She told police that she had nowhere to live," the French news agency AFP quoted a local police spokesman as saying. "She seems to have lived there for about a year, but not all the time." __________________ "Artificial Intelligence usually beats natural stupidity."

Rice paper windows and sliding flimsy wooden doors. __________________ Do not meddle in the affairs of dragons for you are crunchy and taste good with ketchup. Marty

Location: San Diego, CA Rep Power: 5 ![]() | A friend of mine goes to Japan at least twice a year. He has a Japanese wife and is a retired Navy officer so he travels standby on military flights. He has a house in Japan and it is one of the classic wooden houses. You take your shoes off at the door, most of the interior walls are rice paper. Privacy inside the house is not accomplished by walls but by attitude. His doors do not have locks, in fact his neighbors would be insulted if he did lock the door. __________________ Do not meddle in the affairs of dragons for you are crunchy and taste good with ketchup. In cities the apartments are like here, you have locks on the doors. __________________ Do not meddle in the affairs of dragons for you are crunchy and taste good with ketchup. Marty
