I work with wimmens that take "28 days" to the limit!
My Bosses are both wimmens and they can't figure out who's in charge One goes one way and the other goes the other... I'm caught in the middle MGR vs. SPV

Why don't you just start making your own decisions and see if they follow. Might not be the best of situations but you might get them to agree (or fire your a$$ enabling you to look for another job )

I read the handbook .... but the last page said that all prior rules have now been revoked and new ones instigated just because I'd read the book!
