On one of my (fortunately infrequent) trips to the gasoline store I finally just gave up & came back home. I was waiting in line, as were lotsa other folks, to hand some of my money over. A police car pulled up behind me in the parking lot- I don't think he was looking for me since it appeared he was just drinking a Coke & doing some paperwork. Suddenly, a female (whom I shall not describe any further) in a large suv-type vehicle maneuvered in front of me in the line. After giving it a few seconds' thought I was terribly tempted to simply get out and let the air out of her tires. Problem was, even though Mr. Cop would probably have had a good chuckle, he might have been politically forced to at least ticket me if not 'haul me in'. After reflecting for a few more moments I decided that I had enough gas for a few more days so I just turned around and came home.

Getting soft in my old age, I guess.

I was reading in the newspaper a while back about a guy that had a similar experience with a female line cutter. He calmly got out of his car and walked up to her car. He didn't say a word to her, lifted up the can of spray paint that he had just bought and proceeded to paint her windshield in front of her with it. Then he went back to his car and drove away.

A lot of folks saw what she did and when a cop came to take the report it seems no one could remember anything about what happened, some even said she must have driven in that way. Wish I had kept the story.

Did anyone watch the A&E series Breaking Bad this season? The main character is dying of cancer and kind of gets a screw 'em all attitude. There's an episode where he keeps crossing paths with some giant douche bag in a BMW and a cell-phone. You all know who I'm talking about. Finally, at the end of the episode, BMW dude does the line-cut at the gas station. Cancer dude lights the BMW on fire when the guy goes in to pay and then just drives away. Sweet.

Where do you people live that people need to cut in line for gas? I've never had this happen to me..

They were threatening queues at the petrol stations around here this last weekend as a major pipe line was closed due to a strike. Didn't see much change around here other than the price going up again.
