Sorry, Gei, but San Diego has you beat for gas price by a lot. Yesterday (when you posted this) regular was $3.75 per gallon. Probably more now.

The state capitol building of Oklahoma has oil under it. They built a derrick several hundred feet away and drilled in at an angle. Been pumping out oil for many many years with royalties going into the state coffers. "Phillips 66" was the sign on the well the last time I was there. It should have been "Monkey Oil"
