Paul Bissonnette is accused of removing about 30 feet of the gutter as nearly 200 parishioners attended Easter Vigil service at All Hallows Church on Saturday night. Police said a woman heard a noise and had someone call police. Authorities say Bissonnette quickly folded up the gutter and walked away with it. A police dog tracked the 44-year-old to his house, where he was arrested and charged with sixth-degree larceny and third-degree criminal mischief. Bissonnette was released on $2,500 bond and is scheduled to appear April 7 in Danielson Superior Court.
