I want one of those vacuum systems that they use in large stores and banks; oh the things I would send people.

There was an email etiquete article in a tech rag a few months ago, made a bit of sense and I've been trying to follow it.

My boss is the email king... I think fully half of the thousands he sends say either "Thank you" or "Great Job"... The number at the bottom of my paycheck tells me I'm doing a great job - I don't need it as response to every email I send.

Perhaps you should send him one thanking him for the great job he's doing of thanking people for the great jobs they're doing.

The only thing worse than people coming to see if I got the email they sent me is the idiots that page people (yes, my company still uses pagers) and then walk away from the phone that they've paged the other person to, or get on a long conversation on that phone.

Yeah, those people annoy me too. I will make one attempt to return a page, if I get RNA or a busy I'm done.

I have to in order to figure out a outlook rule to delete it the next time I see it.
