| just how did he do it?? ST. LOUIS: Arrest at Zoo involves video camera, short skirts A man arrested after being accused of videotaping up the skirt of a young woman at the St. Louis Zoo may have done the same thing numerous times, officials said Friday. St. Louis police arrested Roy Gallion, 48, of St. Clair County, on Thursday. He was charged with second-degree invasion of privacy. Police said a woman, 21, was in the reptile house when she noticed Gallion aiming his video camera up her skirt. She and her mother chased him and flagged down a zoo ranger, who held him for police. A review of seven tapes seized with his camera showed he "illegally videotaped numerous young females (who) were wearing miniskirts by aiming the camera underneath their skirts," said police spokesman Richard M. Wilkes. |
