At home with Firefox everything works correctly and quickly.

At work where I must use IE6 I am still getting that error message that papa-bear posted. It is vvvvvveeeeerrrrrryyyyyy slow at work but I believe the delay is caused because IE is waiting for that error message. After I click on it the screen pops up fast.

Hopefully when you resolve that message everything will be working like it was before I went on vacation.

Yup. Even when I clicked on "quote" to enter this message. It does slow things down while it waits. You see the drop down box for the search plunked in the middle of the window then you get the dialogue box.

Can y'all slow pokes turn off stuff like automatic loading of images and things of that nature on your browsers to simplify and maybe speed up the page loading?

It is an Internet Explorer issue because Firefox runs fine. No error message and very fast. It has nothing to do with automatic image loading. Look at the IE message that papa-bear posted on the first page of this thread. In my opinion IE is running slow because of whatever is causing that error message to come up is causing IE to hang until the popup arrives. Once that issue is resolved IE will be as fast as Firefox.

Ok, I'll tell you what I see and wonder at the amazement of it all!!
Lets say that I go read a post and then want to go back to the forum list of messages. Before the "upgrade" I could just hit the back button. Now, I am actually 3 pages down!
http://pagead2.googlesyndication.com/pa... I have 2 of those pages I must pass thru to get back to where I was! In the bottom left corner of the page I get "Done, but with errors on page".

When I do click on a post, you can see the browser hit a couple of times somewhere and then go to the post. I guess this is the extra pages i am getting.

IE=7.0.5730.11

Yea, I have started to use the drop down list from the back button to skip those two google things.

This is the only website I go to with these fun extra features and popups. For now I check the Avaya forum several times a day to see if a question has been posted. Then I scan this forum to see if something catches my eye. I wait until I get home at night to spend any real time reading and replying to messages.

Wish they would let me use Firefox at work because this site runs error free with it.

It would seem I don't have to click on the pop up box now.

Keep up the good work Rix!
