I will be picking up something special for the winner of May's election in the next couple of weeks, then I will be announcing it. Hotness should not be a requirement for nomination but I guess it couldn't hurt. | Admin | To answer your question you can nominate anyone you like, you just have to find a post they posted in and use the Nominate button. You can only nominate one person per month...
