What is this "wash" thing you speak of?

I would expect as much from a monkey. When I first met the Grobian, his way of changing the sheets was pulling them off the bed, putting them in the burn barrel and buying new ones. Males....?!?

A burn barrel is what folks that live in rural areas do with their trash. They take a 55 gallon drum, cut off the top, and put it in an out of the way place in the yard or on the spread. Trash goes in it. Once a week, they light the burn barrel and the trash is burned. Aerosol cans are particularly fun to put in the burn barrel. It was what the Grobian did with the sheets on his bed when he was in a cleaning mood before I put a stop to it.

When they're dirty burn them and start afresh. Seems to be hygenic to me.

So said the Grobian. Of course, many of us just take the sheets to the laundromat and wash them, and then reuse them, but that would take somewhat more effort, than going to the Dollar store and buying another set of cheap sheets. Males.?!?

Not just less effort, but more economical too.

$1 for a set of new ones, or $2.50 in quarters + $.50 detergent +$1.50 in gas roundtrip. Not to mention the 1.5 hours spent with the wierdos in the laundromat vs. the 5 minutes with the wirdos in the Dollar store.
