Here's mine.

I got a ticket in saying "My phone sounds muffeled to other people."
I went down to the users desk to troubleshoot. Upon arriving I speak with the user and find out that he had been having trouble with his phone for about two weeks. I make a test call to the person sitting next to him who confirms that my voice sounds muffled. I jiggle the cord on the handset to make sure it is seated correctly. As I do so I glance down and see the small piece of clear tape that is coving the mouthpiece. I ask the user how long it's been there as I peel it off. He turns beet red and says he never noticed it. The guy I placed the test call is almost falling out of his chair laughing. It turns out that the user had gone on vacation two weeks prior and his "friend" had played a few jokes on him, then forgot he did them. I've never seen someone so embarassed in my life. :laugh:
