Sure that's a lot of coin but hey, they did not get in whne the others did. **  GARDEN GROVE, Calif. -- The legal fight continues over the $315 million lottery jackpot won by Orange County's so-called "Lucky 7". The "Lucky 7" have already collected their lump sum payments of $21 million each. At the time of the lottery drawing, all worked at Kaiser Permanente Medical Center in Garden Grove and joined together to buy the winning ticket in November 2005. But three co-workers claim they were usually part of that office pool. The three co-workers filed lawsuits to get a share of the winnings and want a jury trial. __________________ Fellas', I need more Cow Bell! | ||||||||

Usually implies that while they would normally have put in $ to purchase tickets, that time the had NOT done so...... Case dismissed....they blew it, they've no claim to the $$$. That'd be like me saying because I "USUALLY have a cup a day" Starbucks owes me free coffee.... __________________ You can't wield supreme executive power just because some watery tart threw a sword at you - Look, if I went 'round saying I was an Emperor, just because some moistened bint had lobbed a scimitar at me, they'd put me away! |
