Clinton starts nationwide tour in Chicago
Big News Network
Wednesday 12th April, 2006 (UPI)

Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton, D-N.Y., sparked applause and laughter from a Chicago audience when she said she hopes a woman one day will be U.S. president.

The Chicago-area native spoke Tuesday on a variety of issues in the first stop of a nationwide tour to back her re-election to the U.S. Senate and possible presidential bid in 2008, the Chicago Sun-Times reported.

What? Are you embarassed to have a powerful, highly educated, and well connected Wimmens come from your town? Trust me, she is better than Dan Quayle. He even went to the same University that I attended. Talk about a walking waste of skin.

OK, I have to back Rach on this one. Did anyone read her book? I thought it was a great read. I tried to read President Clintons book, sort of a slow read but not as good as Hillary's.

Campaigning is campaingning and finding funding where ever possible is just what the folks in politics do. The article did mention that she might be testing the waters for an '08 run for the 'big house'. Whatever! I'm not worrying about '08 until the mid-term elections are final. If we don't change the dynamic in DC in November then the competition in '08 is fairly moot.

No I am not embarrassed by how smart, educated etc she is. I am just not a fan that's all. Will she win if she runs, that is a toss up. When the dems put in a wimmen for the office, the rep. will follow then it is a sprint to the finish.
