It's a "for loop". First I initialized the $counter variable to be 50. Then I said for ($i starts as being 1 ; As long as $i is less than the $counter (50) ; Increment $i by one each loop iteration)

Then for every time through, it will print out $i (print_r($i)) and echo a line break ("<br />"). Up to but not including 50.

so the output would be:

I think that's got to be some javascript or vbscript somewhere. Whatever is opening the popup window is telling it not to have scrollbars ("scrollbars=no") and telling it to be a rather small size.
