The question this raise as well..if the kid with the braces fell down on the sidewalk on the way home and cut his lip...do you sue the City for faulty sidewalks? The orthodontist for putting in sharp braces? The shoe manufacture for not having ample warning that "laces may untie and cause tripping or injury"....

And I too came from a time of "No head shots please" wall ball and "waist or lower" doge ball (where two teams were on oposite sides of a line facing each other) The latter was ensured a bit more by alighning bowling pins at the back line of each team...you had to knock over all the pins to win the game....SO it was your best intrest to get out as many players as you could to ensure easier shots at the pins...
