9. A password must contain a number as this makes it more secure as it cannot be a recognisable word in its entirity. (But because we've already blocked you from using all numbers from 1 - 9 you've only got the one choice left!)

Just for sh!ts and grins I'm going to put all of this into our P&P format and post it in our policy & procedures folder... should be interesting to see if anyone notices it.

Now I have to find an author for it that isn't here anymore.

Or used on their own (down to 1 usable number and usable 23 letters)

- Must use a mix of upper and lower case but there can not be a pattern: JEps, JePs are not acceptable
