What's your favorite NEW word????

SD
The problem is that it was GOOD cheesy writing... and not good as in good cheesy but good as in grammatically accurate etc... If you want to win that contest stick with your abliity to use words and punctuate like me.
Wow!!! I always saw myself as tenacious, adament and even firey but, warlike, savage, or ferocious now that is quite a compliment. Thanks for the upgrade! It didn't even cost me any frequent typer miles.

I was thinking more along the lines of quarrelsome, argumentative, aggressive, ferocious, fractious, scathingly harsh, vitriolic, aggressively self-assertive, savage and obstreperous but "warlike, savage, or ferocious" will do too. You are welcome. I thought you would appreciate the 'new' word.

Oh I don’t know.
How about querulous, challenging, unruly, disdainful or dour.

All in all Rach, you’re a way out happening chick.

Ponderous
"This is just !@#%$#^ ponderous!"
In reference to Casey Kasem's flip-out.

Ri DAC ulous is another one often thrown around the office here.

"OMG, that's ri-DAC-ulous!"

phrase:
right out - meaning: unacceptable

"The way he's running this project is right out!"

referring, of course, to Monty Python and the Holy Grail.... "Five is right out!"

I have a few names for my ex, but I can't post them here without getting in trouble.

Time for another SD's Word-for-the-day: bodacious

Usage:

There is nothing in the world quite like a pair of bodacious ta-tas!
(This is the phrase I first saw it in! )

or

PhonePrincess is one bodacious babe with that Lincoln tattoo on her shoulder!

Here's the Webster Definition:

Main Entry: bo·da·cious
Pronunciation: bO-'dA-sh&s
Function: adjective
Etymology: probably blend of bold and audacious
1 Southern & Midland : OUTRIGHT, UNMISTAKABLE
2 : REMARKABLE, NOTEWORTHY <the bodacious 1974 comedy -- People>
- bo·da·cious·ly adverb

Today's Word-for-the-day was brought to you by Slagman, a true connoisseur of bodacious ta-tas! :P
