People calling the Kona police station's receiving desk have been disconnected or have not had their calls answered, according to the Hawaii County Police Department. Police recommend that callers who have problems call back. The Kona station is currently trying to fix the ongoing problem. If you need to report an emergency, officials said to call police at 911. For non-emergencies they said to call the non-emergency number at 935-3311. ** I have been to Kona and if they need a good Nortel guy, I'm there! ** | ||||||||
