Actually... the prisoner doesn't really factor into the new society that I'm going to create in Canada; I'm sure once he hears me out he won't want to return to the US anyway.

Well Bob... I have little intention of coming back after I take over. That is one of the major reasons SD and his power plant are off limits and I'm loading the bus full of beer guzzling, gun toting conservatives.
