Running VOIP at home - get "QOS"

I understand that the main difference between and option 11 and option 61 is the dual processor in an option 61. Can I get some more details on a dual processor?

RE: New WiFi SIP / Skype enabled windows mobile phone

Also the 11C supports up to 700 ports and the 61C supports up to 2000.

Dual processors is in a active/standby role and rotates nightly. Also data is sync'd regulalry.

Also the new names for these products are:
Option 11C is now CS1000M
Option 61C is now CS1000M Single Group
Option 81C is now CS1000M Multi Group
