Location: Ft Lauderdale Rep Power: 0 ![]() | Audible rings at desk Good afternoon, Option 61c. Scenario is this: Dial extension yyyy. The only thing you hear at the desk is One ring. You continue to hear ringing FROM the phone you called on. The call goes to vmail at the appropriate number of rings. The problem is that as your sitting at your desk, you only hear the phone ring one time and then just the LCD Arrow is showing you have a call. Some folks have 3x ring then vmail - this is correct. Others only have 1x ring then just the arrow shows the call.. Any help is appreciated TKs scout64 | ||||||||

Location: Ft Lauderdale Rep Power: 0 ![]() | yes...I have removed the headset and tested. I have compared the TN with a phone that works as we would like them to - the only difference being the ACDN. I have compared the ACDN and cant find any differences... Tks Scout64 | ||||||||
