Rep Power: 0  Country:  | MC1000 Multiple Call Ringing I have a brand new Nortel system CS1000. We dont' have the ACD yet, only the PBX, but I'm trying to get the phones to ring at 4 agents stations at the same time using MCR (multiple call rining). I have Key 0 set to their prime DN (extension number) and am trying to set Key 1 to another number with MCR, which will be the same an all 4 agent's phones. When I try to set MCR on the first phone (Key 1), I get the error message: "(SCH0369) Function conflicts with existing call arrangement." I have tried all kinds of combinations but still get the same error... any suggestions? thx | ||||||||
