MWI ( light on m3905 ) MerMail light not functioning.
I am 100% new to the call center m3900 series Nortel phone.
The message waiting light on m3905 is not blinking when a message has been left on phone's voicemail. Using Nortel PBX CS 1000 and MerMail voicemail system. Any thoughts?

Make sure the message waiting indicator DN is set correctly in mer mail.

MWI Notification
Run a DNB on the MWI notification number. It must key 0 of the set or on another key as long as it is unique. CLS also must have MWA
