IVR & CTI for Nortel Contact Center 6.0
I am having a nortel contact center 6.0 setup for around 100 agents. Now I have to add IVR and CTI facilities to my contact center. Please advice which IVR & CTI products will be suitable and compatible with CC 6.0.

Hi,
You can use the intel net merge CTI and use any IVR's even nortel r 3 rd party will support.

Its not a free application u have to pay for that..its from intel

umair, Electrodynamics Frontline Software has a CTI product which will allow for CTI functionality to SCCS 6. Have you got an IVR solution and just needing to interface it to your system or what is you exact requirements. They have quiet a few solutions. Check the link below..

Sorry, it seems I cant post URLS, but it is www dot electrodynamics dot biz

This is not free software but there is a Toolkit for writting your own softphone or integrating it into a 3rd party application. Check the site out... They are based in South Africa and have products running in many internal countries.
