converting a 1000B TO A 1000M - PBX Info :: Your Free PBX, PABX and Telephone Information Resource

Has anyone ever converted a 1000b to 1000m? Will the customer database convert? There will be a new security dongle and SSC card used (Sucession 4.5).
Are there any written procedures to do this? I am hoping not to have to re-key all the customers info.

What Rls. software are you on now, and are you going to be going to a new Rls. in the process? (4.5 or 5.0)?
