Rep Power: 0 Country: | OTM Billing OTM is now TM (3.0 is the latest) but the billing is basically the same. For Nortel PBXs I think its the best option. Dozens of reports and the filter functionality allows you to report on most scenarios. If you have a PRI you can get also get additional call record info. Check out eteltech.com, they have the best prices. | ||||||||

Rep Power: 3 Country:  | The fact is all the rate inside OTM is created for supporting US numbering plan only. If you are outside U.S. , I do warn you to think about using OTM because you need to program everything yourself and it's quite an enormous work to handle. | ||||||||
