Location: Columbus OH Rep Power: 0 ![]() | On an Option 11c with Meridian Mail, how can I change a voicemail box so it is simply a bulletin board. I want people to press 1 if they know their parties extension (or just enter their parties extension) and press 2 to transfer to our Help Desk, but I don't want them to actually be able to leave any kind of message.

You might also want to create an additional Thru Dial for name dialing. Leave the other choices blank and you should also have a Revert DN should someone not know what they want. You also need to add that number to the VSDN table pointing to the MS (Menu Service) ID.
