First off.. I need to know what loops are available in your PBX. then I need to know what kinda of PSTN equipment you will be connecting to? Framing and coding on the line (usually B8S and ESF) then i can walk you through it

First you have to decide what type of PRI trunk you want to establish. Is it a tie between two PBXs or between a Merdian and another switch(GSM for example...)

Don't forget the dip switch on your Dual PRI card. See how to set the DNUM from your Helmmans CD because you need to enter the DNUM to be the same value you set those dip switch on PRI card.
