This is the strangest thing I have seen with Conference calling. I have done many tests, lets see if I can describe what is going on...

User complains his conference calling isn't working. It works sometimes but most of the time not. So I go up to his office and run through some scenero's with him. (Digital 3904) with all CLS options added to make it work (A06 also set)

Test 1: From my cell I call his desk. He picks up, hits conference call and dials and external number, hits connect, it works!

Test 2: From his desk phone, he calls my cell, he hits conference and dials an external number, hits connect, it works!

Test 3: Internal to Internal conference calling works fine!

Test 4: I call him from my cell, at his desk. He picks up, hits conference and dials an internal number, it rings the internal person, doesn't give him the option to press connect and he can't make the conference call.

WHY doesn't test number 4 work? What would cause it?
