Rep Power: 6 ![]() | PMI Calling Party Name Display I'm running down an issue on a hotel/motel Opt61C where the PMI interface as they check in guests seems intermittent; that is, some room phone names populate correctly as CPND, but some populate with blanks where the name should be, i.e., I can't ADD a CPND name, it's there, I can only CHG the blank name to the guest name. Upon further research using the BGD terminal function, I'm seeing that the 'blank' names have a 16 after them, whereas those that I've seen correct names on have a 23 after them. I've got the CPND block parameters in the pbx set to length of 23, and the Meridian Mail Hospitality features also have the value set to 23. This was duplicating the parameters of the older Opt61 that was in place, same Meridian Mail, just newer Opt61C with 25.40B in its place. So the value had already been set to 23, but do you think I would need to shorten the CPND on the PBX as well as the Meridian Mail expected length to be 16? The PMS TTY is TTY 8 to Meridian Mail and is configured for PMS and BGD. Thanks, Jim | ||||||||
