Nortel Compact CICS Software Problem

My office has a Nortel Norstar telephone system with seven phones and Flash Voicemail 2.0 I wanted to upgrade to ten phones so I purchased 6.0 standard software to replace the restricted 4.0 software that I was using. Now I can use the addiational phones but my voicemail and CCR tree is gone. Any thoughts?
