Location: South Africa Rep Power: 5  Gender:  Country:   | BCM 50 / 400: CDR file Hi all.. back after a very long time.. Here is the question: we installed x2 BCM's. The TMS we got for them work, but the rate tables are all wrong and the manufacturer is years away from getting that sorted. The new TMS we use only pulls data that was not previously pulled through. We need the previous data too though We tried to copy the CDR file (it's still on the BCM) via the FTP / Telnet interface, but keep on getting error message "Access Denied"... All passwords are still default from installation.. Once we can copy the file, we can at least run it through another TMS system and get the "old" data. Thanks.. | ||||||||

Location: South Africa Rep Power: 5 Gender: Country: |  Solution to the problem... This is what we had to do to solve the problem: log a call with Nortel. They issue a temp password agains the system ID, that allows access to the NT system... once there, get the file and copy it. Passwords are only valid for one day! Well done Nortel..
