| Junior Member |  Nortel Option 11C 25.40B with Octel Hi all, I have an Octel with an Option11C. The Octel is using Xfer mailboxes to hit an ACD Q that is NCFW out of the system via dialing AC2 which is 8. 949 is one of the SPNs that are programmed. The SPN is programmed as 9 pointing to an rli. This sometimes works and other times it fails. Can any one tell me why? Your help will keep me sane! Mel  |
