Red face how to add super loop in 61c

i want to add super loop 12 on 61c .
please let me know how to add the loop and configure the controller also.

LD 97
REQ:CHG
TYPE XPE
XPEC xx (controller number)
LOC xxxxx (any)

REQ: CHG
TYPE SUPL
SUPL 12
SLOT L or R ( card inserted slot, by default L)
SUPT <CR>
XPE0 xx 0 3 ( SHELF 0 controller number, from segment0 , to segment3)
XPE1 yy 0 1 ( SHELF 1 controller number, from segment0 , to segment1)
