Rep Power: 0 ![]() | ACD phone getting re-progammed Problem with system changing/reverting/undoing program changes. 2216 phone was reprogrammed by me Old set up ACD Que 8700 Agent id (key 0) 8895 Key 03 dwc 8700 New setup ACD Que 8880 Agent id (key 0) 8888 Key 03 dwc 8880 This was done at 1:34pm yesterday. The TM server is reflecting the new info. BUT on the PBX, the phone is back in ACD Queue 8700, with the new agent id = 8888. Key 03 has also reverted back to 8700. This happens randomly throughout the environment. help.... | ||||||||
