Rep Power: 0 ![]() | My company has decided to drop using Procomm and start using OMT 2.2; we installed it successfully, reboot, blah, blah, etc... and it asks for the initial username and password. The ones we've been given don't work. I've tried going online to get Nortels' support number, but it keeps telling me "This page cannot be displayed". Their support tab on their website is "busted", I guess. I cannot access it from home, library, or any station at work. Does anyone have their number and be able to pass it on?
