Hi,
My name is Jean Passet,
I would be willing to answer questions and help here and there.

I have been in data networking for 12 years specialising mainly in Nortel and with a strong interest in data voice integration. Also have a bit of Cisco experience.
In the last few years I have become more involved with Meridian , CS 1000 and BCM and while I am not an expert in voice I could help with my extensive experience in data networking.

Hey Jean - I am trying to figure out why we are sending duplicate records from OTM to our Oracle database. We understand it has to do with receiving numerous records for one call ID and we need to select on the distinct call ID's to receive a proper count. However, we are trying to figure out what the CPTDetail field is. It has 7, -1, 1, 5, 8, plus other numbers in this field. It seems we mostly want the 7, but are unsure what this means. Do you know?

Please note the edited CPT Vs CDT.
