Hello all,

I have bought 2 baystack 350 24t`s
Unfortanatly the passwords are unknown for the management console.
I have triend standard passwords like secure en user but these don`t work.
Does any one have an idea how i can get in to my baystack 350 and change the password?

(sorry for my bad english)

In their factory default state the 350's do not have a password.

in the event of a unknown password you will have to get hold of Nortel support, provide them with the MAC addresses of your 350's and they will generate backdoor passwords based on the MAC address that will allow you to get in and default the switches.

You can try this.

Power off , wait about 30 seconds, Power on...

Within 15 seconds type : NetICs<cr>

You will then be in enable mode... You should be able to retrieve the password from the security menu.
