RE: VoSKY™ Exchange --- Delivers Internet Call Rates With Ex

We currently have a CP-24 in use. Occasionally it will does something very odd. When you dial a number, say from a D_term Series E...the numbers SLOWLY display, like it is behind ....about 5 seconds. When we hit they hit the button to answer a call...or really any function...it seems as if there is a delay of the PBX. We have used this switch in our hotels, and there is nothing like this happening. We program the switches all the same, except for room numbers of course. PIM 0 isn;t full either. We only have two digital line cards..a t1...and two trunk cards, alnog with an AP00 that is using all four ports. NEC has suggested that there is a loop in the system somewhere. We cannot find one. All the rooms are forwarded to an extension that is a pilot number for our InnLine 2020 Voice Mail system.....ok....any ideas???

RE: RASC

Yes it can happen due to the call back or msg reminder with any of the sat. pabx. This can be rectified by a soft reset or cancel any service feature activation within the system or with the network.

I just got the email about your response. I am sorry, it went intro my bulk folder ....I did have a question thought...what did you mean by deactivating the feature activation?.......I am not sure I followed you on that one.......?

Deactivate the call back facility or have you assigned the network cards properly.. most of the cases it hapens when you dont assign the destination point code etc.
