Hi

I have a neax ivs 2000 and on one of the handsets, the time does not change smoothly, it jumps in 2 or 3 minute blocks.

I have tried a different handset, same problem. Is the DLC card buggered? can I just pull it out and back in to reset the card???

any ideas would be appreciated.

Thanks
Nathan

RE: Electra Elite 48/192 Voice Mail button question

Yes you can reset it while it is Hot. Try swapping it with another card. If that does not work, reboot the pbx. If it is still doing it default the extension. You could also try making them a different extension on the same LEN. If it still won't work call NTAC

You can go to cmd 10 on the len the extension is on and do ccc to clear it and then rewrite it in. I woul ty moving it to a new len and see if it follows it. If that does not work change the extension number. Hope thgis helps. I am sorry it took so long to get back. Also reset the pbx.
You may need to do a hard reset and power it completely off. If you are running softkeys you will need to reload them.
