Rep Power: 0 ![]() | Hello, Our voice mail system is NEAX-MAIL AD-64. I'm just assigned the reponsiblity of managing voice mail. I'm quite new to it. on internet find this forum today, hope I can get some help from here. Now I have a user she's already had the voicemail setup. But when I call her extension, (also the same as voice mail box number), it keeps ringing and ring, never goes to mail box.Although it is setup as waiting for 4 rings. But if I on my phone press voice mail button, then # , then the extension, then I can hear her greetings. From admininstrator console, I cannot find the settings are different from other users who can receive the voice mail system. Thanks and look forward to the answer.

Rep Power: 4 ![]() | The voicemail pilot is the number you dial to get your messages. You forward your phone to the voicemail in order for it to take your messages. If this is a dterm you may have call forward all, call forward no answer and call forward busy keys programmed on it. if not you will need to find out the set and cancel codes in order to use the feature. As these can be different from one installation to the next, you will need to find those out from someone in the know. Alternatively you could get a tech to dial in and find them out for you.
