Rep Power: 4 ![]() | RE: Special Access Code question If anyone is interested. I have made a little tool that converts extension names directly out of excel into the character code format to suit the IPS/IVS. It can then be dumped into the system via Script Editor in Matworx. Can save heaps of time on large installs. Customer gives you a spread sheet with the extensions and names, then takes about 1 minute to put them in the system. $25 US

Rep Power: 4 ![]() | RE: Special Access Code question Critter Are you offering to sell it for $25 or is that what you charge for the service? If you are offering to sell it it would make the one I wrote worth considerably more as it can also do Speed dial numbers with names and creates the script file automatically Heck I could even make it dial the system and download it as well. I also have a user guide creator that dials into the system and interrogates CMD 200 and puts the feature codes into a standard NEC userguide. But the one I keep to my self is the one that takes user data in excell form and creates the script file to programme all extension data including such things as memory allocation and dterm keys. Takes a job that used to take hours and does it in 3-5 mins. Heck it even creates the record sheets and the dterm data collection tool also prints the labels for I series (We've had them made up on A4 carrier sheets for a printer).
