I have an NEC NEAX 2000 PBX at my disposal and would like to get some info on how the PBX is supposed to operate? What I am wanting here is a web site that shows me the the flow of incoming and out going calls graphically and in layman's terms some thing for a non phone guy to understand. When I look at the manuals all I see is "Greek" LOL. I want to know what "DID, Call Routing, Trunks, TAS, COT" etc all mean!? Then I could possibly start to figure this system out on my own. If any of you Phone Techs could re-direct me to these sites it would be a great help!!!

Thanks
Lonnie

The best way to understand the switch is to attend a class, maybe a local vendor or NEC could provide you with this?
