RE: Spell Checker Added to Pbxinfo Forums

Hi again,

Still a newbie so please bear with me as I'm still learning terminology and how to do anything with this PBX. I was wondering if anyone knew how to get a LEN listup JUST for a specific card in the NEAX2000IVS2. I see that I have 4x4 line analog station cards, but being new here, I am not sure which port these guys are cross-connected to on the patch panels (and therefore don't know which ports are free). Is there an easy way to do this? I can do a full LEN listup but unfortunately, it doesn't tell me if the range of LENS are associated with the 8 port digital line circuits or 4 port analog line circuits or the central office trunk loops...

Any help (as always) would be GREATLY appreciated!
Thanks!

RE: Spell Checker Added to Pbxinfo Forums

in your LEN listup, every 8 LENs are associated with a card slot (i.e. the far left slot LT00 is associated with LENs: CM10>000-007, CM14>00000-00007; LT01 is associated with LENs: CM10>000-007, CM14>00000-00007, etc.). In the LEN listup you can also tell which card is associated by the labeling of the LEN. If the LEN is labeled: FXXX, that is a DTerm station on a 8DLC/4DLC; if the LEN is labeled EXXX, that is a DSS or an add-on again on the 8DLC/4DLC; if the LEN is XXX (100) that is an analog station on a 8LC/4LC; if you have a command manual look at Command 10, it will show you all the different designations that you can program on your LENs.

I was looking at my post and realized I made some wrong remarks. LT00 - LT08 can be assigned as having 8 LENS, however, if you have 4DLC/LC LT00 - LT11 can be assigned as having 4LENS.

LT00 = 000-007
LT01 = 008-015
LT02 = 016-023
LT03 = 024-031
LT04 = 032-039
LT05 = 040-047
LT06 = 048-055
LT07 = 056-063
LT08 = 036-039
LT09 = 044-047
LT09 = 052-055
LT10 = 060-063

Remember when you do a lens list in matworx all digital stns have an 'F' infront of the stn number and all analog stns just show the ext number.

LEN 000-F100
LEN 001-F101
.
.
.
LEN 008-200
LEN 009-201

as an example.

Not sure if this will help you out?

YOU GUYS ROCK!!! Great info and I should be able to figure this out now... I have 2 NEAX racks with cards ALL over the place but with this, I should now be able to trace it out! Thanks again!

Oh and I'm able to use both MOC and MatworX.
